TLG Wellness Event: Community, Connection, Safety, and Healing

The Looking Glass inaugural wellness event aims to build community and destigmatize conversations about mental health and well-being. The event will increase access and knowledge of wellness resources in the Flint area and raise funds for the Find & Seek Therapy Fund which will provide financial assistance to BIPOC individuals who are seeking mental health treatment.

The TLG Wellness Event will take place on Saturday, December 21, 2024, from 12-3:30 p.m. and will offer free brief consultations with licensed mental health professionals, a live Q&A/panel discussion with experts in the mental health field, sound bath meditation, self-guided introspection stations and special offerings from wellness vendors. Light refreshments will be provided.
