Growing My Garden Workbook
It all begins with self-exploration. As we close out 2020 and enter into a New Year it is the perfect time to reflect on what new seeds you want to plant in your life. We often hear the phrase, "‘New Year, New Me’ but it doesn’t always require a completely ‘new you’ to see positive changes in your life. The Growing My Garden digital workbook will support you in nurturing your purest self and identifying strategies that will remind you to tend to what you already possess.
